These terms cover buying and downloading files from REDACTED DEPT. at redacteddept.space. By buying, downloading, or spinning the prize terminal, you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, email hello@redacteddept.space.

What we sell

Everything in the store is a digital product: downloadable PDF books (photo books, coloring books and the Ultraviolet series). Nothing physical is shipped.

Bundles contain these files:

• The Vault — 18 books: the 13 photo books (Volumes 1–10, Backrooms, Poolrooms and Liminal Spaces) and the 5 coloring books.
• Ultraviolet Collection bundle — the 11 Ultraviolet volumes.
• Ultimate Bundle — all 29 paid books: everything in the Vault plus all 11 Ultraviolet volumes.

The two free books (the Cryptids Coloring Book and the Cryptids Photo Book) are not part of any bundle; they are always free on the Free Downloads page.

We describe each product as accurately as we can. Prices are shown in US dollars on the product page and charged in US dollars.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe on its secure checkout page. We never see or store your card details. Your purchase is complete once Stripe confirms the payment.

Delivery and access

• After payment you are taken to your order page on redacteddept.space, and we email you a link to the same page.
• The order page lists your files with download buttons. Download links are signed (tied to your order email) and each one works for 7 days. Opening the order page again creates fresh links, so you can come back for your files later.
• Files are large — often several hundred MB, some around 1 GB. You are responsible for having a device and connection that can download and open PDF files.
• If a file doesn’t arrive or won’t open, contact us and we’ll help; see the refund policy.

Your licence

When you buy or download a file, you get a personal, non-exclusive licence to download it, keep copies on your own devices, view it, and print it for your own personal use (for example, coloring the coloring pages).

You may not:

• share, upload, re-post, sell, resell, or give away the files or any substantial part of them;
• share your order page or download links with other people;
• use scripts, fake email addresses, or other tricks to get files you haven’t paid for or won.

All the books and their content remain the property of REDACTED DEPT.

Misuse of download links

If a download link or order page is being shared publicly or used in an unusual way (for example, downloaded far more often than one person would need), we may pause or re-issue access for that order. If that happens to you by mistake, email us and we’ll sort it out.

The prize terminal (“Spin to Win”)

• No purchase is necessary. Spinning requires an email address.
• One spin per email address. Landing on Bonus Spin gives exactly one extra spin.
• Every spin awards one of the digital prizes shown on the terminal. Prizes are digital files only. They can’t be exchanged for cash, other products, or refunds.
• Your prize is delivered through a claim link that we email to you. The claim link works for 30 days, and each download link on the claim page works for 7 days.
• Prize files are covered by the same personal licence as purchased files.
• We may change the prizes, the odds, or end the terminal at any time. We may refuse or cancel prizes won through multiple or fake email addresses, scripts, or other abuse.

Free downloads

Free books require an email address. We email you a download link, and we may send you other emails about the archive; every one of those has an unsubscribe link. See the privacy policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Purchases are covered by the terms in place when you bought.

Governing law

REDACTED DEPT. is based in California, USA, and these terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer laws of the place where you live.
