Orders and downloads

Email is the best way to reach us about an order. Write to hello@redacteddept.space, or simply reply to your order email — replies come to the same inbox.

Getting your files again

After you pay, you land on your order page, and we email you a link to it with the subject “Your REDACTED DEPT download”. That page is your re-download page:

• Open the link in that email any time to see your files again.
• Every visit to the order page creates fresh download links. Each link works for 7 days, so if a link has expired, just reopen the order page.
• Bookmark the order page rather than the individual download links.
• Some files are large (a few hundred MB, and up to about 1 GB). A stable Wi-Fi connection and a computer or tablet work best.

If you can’t find the order email, check your spam or promotions folder, then write to us from the email address you used at checkout.

If something went wrong with an order

Please include:

• the email address you used at checkout
• what you bought, and roughly when
• what happened — for example the error message, which file failed, or a screenshot

Never send us your card number. We don’t need it, and we never see it: payments are handled by Stripe.

When to expect a reply

A person reads every message and replies by email as soon as we can. We’re a small operation, so replies can take longer on weekends and holidays.
